1. About this service

Itinerary Planner ("the Service") is a personal trip-planning web application operated by Filip Delperdange. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You confirm your email address before signing in. You are responsible for keeping your password and your MCP token confidential. Notify us at itinerary@delperdange.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal trip planning. You may not use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to scrape or attack third-party services; or to abuse other users. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach this clause.

4. Content you provide

You retain ownership of trip data, accommodations, activities, attachments, and notes you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content as needed to operate the Service — nothing more.

5. Third-party data

Maps, place autocomplete, and accommodation listings come from Google Maps and third-party booking sites (Airbnb, Booking, Hotels.com, VRBO). Their accuracy, availability, and pricing are theirs, not ours. The Service simply helps you organize the information.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We try to keep it up but make no uptime guarantee. Scheduled or emergency downtime may occur without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the past twelve months (currently zero — the Service is free).

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing the address above. We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
